Massage Oil from Yoggiebear is in a light oil base with notes of Juniper, Rosemary and Eucalyptus. Added magnesium makes this oil ideal for sore joints.

Instructions: Apply 1-2 pumps to your palm, rub palms together then apply to the skin to be massaged. We highly recommend warming the oil before use by placing in a container of hot/warm water. Once warm, feel free to pump directly onto the skin.
