Badger hair are the most renowned and refined choice for shaving brush knots. They are clearly recognisable because of the bristles color & stripes. Usually they have three bands of colors: a clear bottom, a darker center band and white tips.
Badger hair is soft yet provides a great massage to the skin while applying shaving soap.
The brushes are available in a range of New Zealand native wood handles or resins. Each wood handle is hand turned by a local Wellington woodturner.
