Shipping

YoggieBear offers free local delivery between the boundaries of Carterton and Petone Urban areas and this is calculated at checkout.

We will pack and prepare your order for shipping within 48hrs of receiving your order. Your order will be collected by our selected courier within 24 hours. We typically select 1-3 business days delivery for urban deliveries and 5-7 for Rural deliveries. Actual delivery is reliant upon the courier company capacity.

All orders are shipped via courier and you will be supplied the tracking ID. 

You are responsible for choosing the appropriate shipping option during checkout, either Urban or Rural.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
